Hi, I am Kyle LoPrimo and the founder of Humans Being Success Coaching. I am a Certified Life Coach and am Accredited through the International Coaching Federation as an ACC.
My background and how I got here?
I have been in the corporate world of technology for over 35 years mostly in customer facing positions. My role there (still current) is to understand a customer's needs to their specific technology and then to devise a solution for it using best practices and a little bit of creativity. Since 2018 I have been in the partner channel developing relationships between vendors and solutions providers.
Right around that time, I started my own transformation journey and discovered that not only do I like coaching, I am very good at it. I have been trained by Jack Canfield in the Success Principles and attended High Impact Coaching to further develop my practice. I am a Certified Life Coach through Lumia.
I enjoy working with my clients and witnessing their transformational journey, their exponential growth, overcoming their limiting beliefs, self doubt and making themselves 1% better every day.

About Coaching
Coaching is a partnership between the coach and client that helps the client produce extraordinary, positive results in their lives, careers, businesses or organizations, helping them to strategically move from where they are now to where they want to be. The coach helps the client define a future vision and together they create a how-to guide on the best route to get there. A good coach understands theories and models of success, and brings tools for introspection, focus, and accountability to the table. The coach’s techniques are similar to a therapist’s in that they are research and evidence-based, and rooted in positive psychology.
The difference between a therapist and a coach is that the therapist will spend a lot of time in a patients past and get them up to that baseline of healthy mental health. While it is good for a coach to be aware of a clients past, they won't spend a lot of time there. They can take that healthy individual and get them into their future.
The coach/client relationship assumes a baseline of healthy mental health of the client. A coach won't ask "how did you get here?" That is up to the therapist. A coach will ask "where are you headed?" and show you how to get there.
